By using PuzzlHaus you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the service.

2. Free and Pro accounts

The basic game is free. Pro accounts ($5/month) remove ads and enable persistent score tracking. Subscriptions auto-renew and can be cancelled any time through your account page. No refunds for partial months.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to cheat, scrape, or automate game play
• Do not share account credentials
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the daily word before playing
• One account per person

4. Intellectual property

All game content, design, and code is owned by PuzzlHaus. You may share your results but may not reproduce game content commercially.

5. Disclaimer

PuzzlHaus is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.
