• Payment data: Stripe processes payments. We store only your Stripe customer ID — never card details.
• Usage data: With your consent, we collect anonymized analytics via Google Analytics (page views, device type, general location).
• Cookies: Session cookies to keep you signed in. Analytics cookies only with your explicit consent.

3. How we use your data

• To provide and improve the game experience
• To track your scores and streaks
• To send daily word hint emails (only if you opt in)
• To process Pro subscription payments via Stripe
• To analyze aggregate usage patterns (with consent)

4. Advertising

PuzzlHaus does not serve third-party advertising. We do not display ads to any visitor, and we do not use ad networks or advertising cookies.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Brevo — email delivery (for opted-in subscribers only)
• Google Analytics — anonymized analytics (with consent)

6. Data retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time by emailing hello@puzzlhaus.com. Game scores are anonymized after account deletion.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email hello@puzzlhaus.com to exercise these rights. EU/UK users have additional rights under GDPR/UK GDPR.

8. Children

PuzzlHaus is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
