How to play Snake.io
You're on a big open board with 8 AI opponents. Eat the colorful food orbs to grow. If any snake's head touches another snake's body, that snake dies and drops their entire body as food.
Endless mode: there's no finish line — grow as long as you can! Reaching length 100 banks today's contest point. The longer you get, the more every piece is worth, 💎 jewels and diamonds are worth extra, and random ×2/×3/×5 Frenzy bursts multiply everything you grab.
Score: 10 contest points for hitting length 100 (2× for Pro members). Only the first play of the day counts for contest points — replays are free and unlimited for everyone.
Controls:
Aim — move the mouse, or drag a finger on mobile. Your snake's head turns toward your cursor.
Boost — hold left-click or space (desktop) or use a second finger (mobile). You go faster but lose length.
Skins: pick from eight snake skins on the start screen — your choice is saved.
Don't run into walls (red border). Don't ram a bigger snake. Trap smaller snakes by cutting them off — when they crash into you, their body becomes food.
